怎么注册?

iOS App 上线后,你可以选 "通过 Apple 登录"(推荐,最快)或 邮箱注册。邮箱注册时我们会发一封带 6 位验证码的邮件,输入即可完成。

没收到验证码怎么办?

怎么改邮箱或手机号?

App 内:个人 → 设置 → 账号。改手机号需要重新短信验证。

怎么注销账号?

App 内:个人 → 设置 → 注销账号。我们会在 30 天内删除你的个人数据。少量元数据(如财务相关)按澳大利亚法律保留更久(通常 7 年)。详见隐私政策

商家

我是商家,怎么认领自己店铺?

在 App 里搜你的店名 → 点详情页的 "认领此商家" → 用手机号短信验证 → 提交营业证明(执照、授权信、营业地址照片均可)。我们的运营团队 5 个工作日内审核。

看到商家信息错了,怎么报错?

店铺详情页 → "举报" → 选 "信息有误" → 如果你知道正确信息,请填上。我们 5 个工作日内核查处理。

怎么订阅商家版?

你的认领通过后,可在商家后台看到订阅选项。支付通过 Stripe,月付或年付任选。第一周可以免费试用。

评价

我的评价被删了,为什么?

我们会移除违反社区准则的评价,包括:刷单、辱骂攻击、虚假指控、利益相关未声明等。如果你认为是误判,请发邮件 support@migopiggy.com 并附上评价截图,我们会人工复核。

怎么删自己写的评价?

在 App 里找到这条评价,点 "删除"。删除不可恢复。

隐私与数据

你们怎么保护我的数据?

怎么导出我的数据?

发邮件 support@migopiggy.com,主题写 "Data access request",我们 5 个澳大利亚工作日内提供 JSON 包。我们可能会先核实你的身份。

技术问题

App 一直闪退

请按这个顺序试:

  1. 更新到最新版(App Store 里看是否有更新)
  2. 重启 iPhone
  3. 仍闪退请发邮件,附上:iPhone 型号、iOS 版本、App 版本、闪退时你在做什么

搜不到附近商家

iOS 设置 → MiGo Piggy → 位置 → 选 "使用 App 期间"

登录后又被踢出

会话令牌可能过期或被服务端撤销。重新登录即可。如果反复发生,请联系我们。

Account

How do I sign up?

Once the iOS App is live, you can sign up using Sign in with Apple (recommended) or email. For email signup, we send a 6-digit verification code; enter it in the app to complete.

I'm not receiving my verification code

How do I change my email or phone number?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Account. Phone number changes require re-verification by SMS OTP.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We process deletion within 30 days. Some metadata (financial records, etc.) is retained as required by Australian law (typically 7 years). See our Privacy Policy.

Merchants

I'm a merchant — how do I claim my listing?

Search for your business in the app → on the listing page, tap "Claim this listing" → verify your phone via SMS OTP → submit proof of ownership (business licence, authorisation letter, or photo of the physical address). Our admin team reviews claims within 5 business days.

Information on a listing is wrong

On the listing page → Report → select "Information is incorrect". If you know the correct info, please include it. We review reports within 5 business days.

How do I subscribe?

Once your claim is approved, subscription options appear in the merchant dashboard. Payment is via Stripe, monthly or yearly. The first week is a free trial.

Reviews

My review was removed — why?

We remove reviews that violate our community guidelines: spam, abuse, defamation, undisclosed conflicts of interest, etc. If you believe this was a mistake, email support@migopiggy.com with a screenshot of your review for human review.

How do I delete my own review?

Find the review in the app and tap Delete. This is irreversible.

Privacy & data

How do you protect my data?

Briefly: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, infrastructure in AWS Sydney (your data stays in Australia). For full details and our legal obligations, see our Privacy Policy.

How do I download my data?

Email support@migopiggy.com with the subject "Data access request". We respond within 5 Australian business days with a JSON export. We may need to verify your identity first.

Technical issues

The app keeps crashing

  1. Update to the latest version from the App Store.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. If still crashing, email us with: iPhone model, iOS version, app version, what you were doing when it crashed.

I can't search for nearby merchants

Make sure location permission is granted: iOS Settings → MiGo Piggy → Location → While Using the App.

I keep getting logged out

Your session token may have expired or been revoked. Just sign in again. If this happens repeatedly, contact us.

For urgent issues (account compromise, fraud, abuse), include [URGENT] in the subject line — we prioritise these.
